Bayswater by Car Hire

Location: Bayswater > Perth > Western Australia

Bayswater is a major inner-city suburb of Perth in Western Australia.

It’s also a great place from which to hire a car and explore Perth and the surrounding regions.

If you are staying in Bayswater or Perth, there are plenty of things to do in the city itself. Why not try on the beaches in the west of the city? While they can get a little crowded during the weekends, they are great during the week and also pretty close to the centre of the city.

If you are going further afield from Bayswater or Perth, then you could head south. There you will find Margaret River with its famous beaches and surf as well as a heap of surrounding wineries and vineyards, many of which have tours and wine tastings available to the general public. Fremantle is also only  a couple of hour’s drive from Perth – it is a great place for sailing and was the location of the last America’s Cup challenge in Australia.

If you are going even further than that, you might want to check out flights as Perth is about the most isolated city in the world and a LONG way to drive from just about anywhere in Australia.
